* Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
* If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be moved to a standby status (subject to availability); this does not guarantee that all booked services can be performed.
* Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time; failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation.
* Bookings may be cancelled with a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
* If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment time, the deposit is non-refundable.
* The deposit is non-refundable in the event of failure to reschedule, cancellation, or a no-show.
